Cross linked polyethylene insulated power cable products include a full range of flame-retardant and non flame-retardant cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables.
Execution standards
The performance of cross-linked polyethylene insulated (flame-retardant) power cables complies with the national standard GB/T12706.1-2008 and is equivalent to IEC60502-2004. The flame retardancy complies with the national standard GB/T19666-2005
Scope of application
This product is suitable for transmitting electrical energy in power lines with AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 0.6/1KV (maximum system voltage of 1.2KV).
It is installed indoors in industries such as metallurgy, power, and construction, in cable trenches, pipelines, directly buried, and cannot withstand mechanical external forces for fixed purposes.
Usage characteristics
The rated voltage for power frequency AC is 0.6/1KV, and the maximum voltage for using the AC system should not exceed 1.2KV. The maximum allowable long-term working temperature for cable conductors is 90 ℃ During a short circuit, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor is 250 ℃, and the duration does not exceed 5 seconds. The minimum ambient temperature for cable operation is -10 ℃. When installing and laying, the temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃. Recommended minimum bending radius: The bending radius for single core cables should not exceed 20D, and for multi-core cables, it should not exceed 15D.
Scope of application

The cables can withstand certain radiation traction. YJV22 cross-linked polyethylene insulated steel tape armored polyvinyl chloride sheathed power cable laying and indoor, tunnel, cable trench and underground direct burial laying. The cable can withstand mechanical external forces, but cannot withstand large tensile forces.
